We are looking for a full time experienced Medical Secretary to join us in the Nephrology and Transplant Directorate working flexibly across Mondays to Fridays at the University Hospital of Wales.
As an experienced Medical Secretary, you will have excellent communication skills, good IT skills and, ideally, a working knowledge and experience of PMS (training will be provided).
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply
We are looking for a patient focused, capable and enthusiastic individual who is able to provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support to the Renal Transplant Team.
The role will include a range of duties, including audio typing, word processing, maintaining rotas, scheduling patients for theatre, managing the consultants electronic diary and being the first point of contact for the patient queries amongst other general administrative duties.
The Directorate encourages personal development and you will be expected to take an active part in the PADR process.
