What you'll be doing:

As a motivated and reliable individual, you will play a vital role in helping our clients transition smoothly to their new homes or offices.

This is a physically demanding role that also requires teamwork, problem solving skills and good customer service skills to continue our excellent reputation with our clients.

we are recruiting for all three locations.


When:

A normal working day is 8am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday, (although start times may be earlier on occasion and finishing times can also alter depending upon each job).

Day to day the job will vary, you might be:

• Dismantling furniture.
• Wrapping and packing items securely and safely to prevent damage during transit.
• Working individually or with others to move securely packed items from customers' homes or offices.
• Logically organising items of different shapes, sizes and weight to be loaded onto vehicles.
• Safely transporting items to and from the designated locations using removal vehicles.
• Safely and efficiently unloading household or office items and delivering them to the required place on customer premises, which might involve carrying bulky items upstairs.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Proactively and reactively problem solving to address any concerns/questions from clients.
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and successful completion of removal jobs.

Whilst adhering to all health & safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in removals, moving, or logistics would be ideal but is not a requirement.
• Physically able to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day and upstairs.
• Strong teamwork and work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive 'cando' attitude.
• Organisation, problem solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of basic health and safety requirements (eg manual handling), although training will be provided.
• Valid driver's license (desirable but not essential).

*Please be aware that this role may involve navigating several flights of stairs and awkward manoeuvring at various heights.

Wages:

Pay rate is 11.44 an hour (age 21 and over) and you will also receive a payment of £1.38 per hour, which represents payment for your holiday entitlement or £8.60 an hour (age and you will also receive a payment of £1.

04 per hour, which represents payment for your holiday entitlement
