Morgan McKinley's Office Support team are recruiting for a Permanent Commercial Strategy Manager position to work with our client based in Crawley.

The main purpose is to prepare corporate reports on the Group performance, forward looking Board reports onthe trajectory of the business and those focused on innovation and strategic product development


SALARY:
£55,000 - £65,000 DOE

4 days in the office 1 from home (Flexible)


Monday - Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Prepare corporate reports on the Group performance, forward looking Board reports on the trajectory of the business and those focused on innovation and strategic product development
  • Collect, analyse and present top customer sales data
  • Project growth trends forward using the endmarket data to model business growth
  • Attend economics quarterly forecast update seminars.
  • Review and report market projections versus budget & strategic plan forecasts
  • Review strategic projects.
  • Prepare or summarise business plans and budget presentations
  • Develop and manage the acquisition pipeline.
  • Review inbound M&A targets (initial screening and commercial due diligence)
  • Conduct up front due diligence on selfgenerated acquisition targets, including commercial business case, valuations, and indicative offers where appropriate

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:


  • Between 2 5 years of work experience, in a similar role
  • Competent with Powerpoint and Excel
  • Delivery focussed, with a handson approach.
  • Good analytical skills, financially literate
  • Strong interpersonal, listening and collaborative
  • High quality communication ability.
