We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing team.

you will be enthusiastic, conscientious and a professional team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales.

The company is a market leaders in the property investment and sales sector with a large number of clients and a growing team.


Experience:


  • A proven track record in residential/commercial property sales
  • Experience managing the full property sales life cycle
  • Minimum of 1years experience in property sales
  • Have a strong understanding of the UK market, particularly the property investment
  • Market
  • Experience Conducting market appraisals/valuation and following up with potential clients
  • Making outgoing sales calls
  • Hitting and exceeding set sales targets
  • Experienced with telesales, Business Development, Telemarketing, Business to Business, Cold Calling.

Your role:

  • Take responsibility for the achievement of the revenue target for the property by
creating and implementing a cohesive and proactive Sales & Marketing plan.

  • Negotiate sales of properties and provide guidance to clients throughout the process
  • Manage your sales pipeline, utilise all sales leads to generate new business.
  • As a key member of the property's sales team, you will play an active role in the
development of the company's business plan, focussing on building long term,

profitable client relationships to enable revenue growth and retention.

  • Acting as the Sales Ambassador, you will develop a thriving sales culture in the


business and in the promotion of any properties for sale by way of your own flair and passion, while encouraging the team to do the same.


  • To be responsible to the office to maintain up to date records of the condition of
existing building fabric and services.
