My client is a leading London Land Owner, they have an amazing piece of Real estate, with Restaurants, Events Spaces, Theatres and Residential.

They have an exciting opportunity of an IT Support officer to join their IT team.

The role will be responsible for providing IT and Audio Visual support and will assist the Senior IT Support Officer and Head of IT in ensuring the smooth running of all ITand AV systems.


Responsibilities:


  • To provide 1st line support in servicing and maintaining all PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and telephony and assist the senior IT Support Officer with servicing and maintaining servers and network hardware.
  • To act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests and to provide first time fixes where appropriate or escalate tasks where this is not possible.
  • To manage IT service requests, check progress of delegated tasks and provide feedback to internal customers.
  • To support the AV systems in meeting and conference rooms. This will include setting up and shutting down equipment for internal and external clients and providing assistance with the systems as required.
  • To maintain a detailed inventory of all IT assets and other documentation as required.
  • To assist the Senior IT Support Officer with systems administration duties including backups, creating user accounts and troubleshooting network issues.
  • To install and configure new hardware and software.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role with an ICT help desk/support environment.
  • Experience in installing and configuring computer systems, troubleshooting system and network problems and hardware maintenance


This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with some flexibility to start and finish earlier where required.
