  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and housing allocations.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience in housing options, homelessness prevention, or a related field.
  • A thorough understanding of housing legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and empathize with diverse clients.
