About the Team:

The CRM Specialist is a full-time 9-month fixed-term opportunity, (maternity cover) reporting to the UK Marketing Director.

What you will do:

Be responsible for creating engagement campaigns for the UK customer lifecycle, including automated comms, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement.
Oversee the seasonal calendar for engagement marketing campaigns.
Present regular updates and performance reports to key business stakeholders.

Your Profile:

3+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer communications, or customer engagement.
Familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems.
Very strong analytical skills and a datafocused mentality. We love to use Tableau, DOMO, Google Sheets. to help us tell the story of our campaign performance.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
A record of business results through testing and deploying marketing campaigns across channels.
Experience with HTML/CSS and how templates are loaded and coded into a marketing automation tool.
Extremely organised, dependable, selfmotivated & have a strong ability to multitask
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
