Description
To develop the knowledge and skills to provide a range of secretarial and administrative services to the Operations Team.

To liaise with other departments and services and to respond effectively to enquiries from the general public, service users, referrers and other agencies.

To work with the Operational team to set up for weddings and conferences, this would include setting up the bar - (handling alcohol).

To achieve a NVQ level 3 Qualification and underpinning knowledge to complete the Apprenticeship.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant Apprentice.

Working full time (37.5 hours) and acting as the focal point for administering enquiries to the Uffculme Centre, working hours will be from 8am until 6pm on a shift working pattern (8-4, 9-5 or 10-6), it is essential that the applicant is able to work on their own initiative, can demonstrate effective organisational skills and understand the needs of customers.

There will be some working with alcohol i.e., setting up a bar for weddings at weekends.
