Job Role:

To provide maintenance and engineering support to the AV environment on client sites. The position involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management and managing directors of the client.

Respond to customer needs in both proactive and reactive response. highlight potential risks.

Expected to have sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognise when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines,and to initiate appropriate corrective actions.
