Mon - Fri

Full time permanent role - office based initially but flexible working is available after successful probationary period

Burgess Hill - close to railway station and free street parking nearby


Salary:
£23000-£25000 plus great company benefits


We are delighted to be working alongside our friendly, family based, professional and very established leisure / travel based client as they seek to recruit a Marketing Executive on a full time permanent basis in their Burgess Hill office.

Role objectives:


  • Create awareness of company brands
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Source advertising opportunities and develop SEO
  • Work closely with inhouse or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures, maintain the company website with content
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
As Marketing Executive, you will contribute to and develop integrated Marketing campaigns

This a varied role, which includes:

  • Planning
  • Direct engagement e.g. MailChimp
  • Public relations
  • Event organisation
  • Product development
  • Distribution
  • Sponsorship
  • Research

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts, fact updates on website
  • Run social media channels through a consolidated platform
  • Liaise with designers and printers
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials to client base, or employees
  • Maintain and update customer databases through company CRM system
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity
  • Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
