Toad Hall Cottages, a leading holiday cottage specialist, have an exciting opportunity to join the team based in Kingsbridge;
The role will be varied but will include the following:

Pre and post checks on properties for all arrival and departures ensuring high standards are always maintained.
Occasionally covering changeover cleans at properties where required
If any faults or breakages are identified with any equipment, if it cannot be fixed onsite, source a replacement item and report findings and action taken to department and owners.
Keeping department records up to date, including logging data onto internal system.
Liaising with owners, third party providers and, where required, guests to oversee projects.
Enthusiasm and a will to learn are more important to us than previous experience, we are keen to take applicants with the right mindset from any background. 5 days a week to include every Saturday as a normal working day. Full time or Part time considered, if part time the core days to work would need to be Thurs, Fri and Saturday. Full time could include 2 days working in the laundry department and the other 3 days in the property maintenance department.

The suitable applicant will receive:

£21,000.00-£21,350.00 per year
