Hours:
Monday-Friday 40 hours

Duties:

Respond and deal with service requests from customers
To plan engineer workload & route planning
Maintain stock levels within the parts and service department and record accurately on our
Profit plus & Protean software systems
Liaise with sales, parts, warehouse and other internal teams
Maintain effective communication with clients to promote great customer service, whilst managing expectations
To achieve and maintain the Service Level Agreements with customers and clients
Follow Company policies and procedures and make suggestions where they can be improved for the benefit of the Company and our customers
Maintain a clean and safe working environment with regards to own Health and Safety and that of others
Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
