Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Korian UK Ltd t/a Berkley Care Group as a Senior Care Assistant on a temporary basis in Vale of White Horse.


As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents in our care home.

Your main duties will include assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and engaging residents in meaningful activities to promote their well-being.


The start date for this temporary position is 23rd March 2024, with the shift starting at 07:45 and ending at 20:00.

You will be compensated at a rate of £144.55 per shift, paid through PAYE.


To excel in this role, you must have previous experience working in a care setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A caring and empathetic nature is essential, as well as the ability to work well as part of a team.


In addition to providing hands-on care, you will also be required to document and report on residents' progress and any changes in their health or well-being.

Attention to detail and the ability to follow care plans accurately are crucial aspects of this role.
