We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and forward thinking individual who wishes to develop their skills and deliver high quality, patient centred discharges on our busy gynaecology ward.

This is a really exciting opportunity to make a difference to patients.

Patient Flow Coordinators will support the effective management of patient discharges from hospital and will play a vital role in supporting ward-based colleagues with patient discharge plans.
