Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
Skills:
- Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details while cleaning
- Time management: Efficiently complete tasks within a given timeframe
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules or tasks as needed. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
