Reed is proud to support our client who s recruiting for a occupational therapist to cover a temporary contact for 6 months.

Our client believe that service users are at the heart of what they do and they build their service to the individuals needs.

Itis a first of it's kind service delivering a quality, flexible and sustainable service in Aberdeen.


This role comes with a fantastic benefits package:

  • Hourly rate of pay £22
  • £25 per hour, dependant on experience
  • Holiday pay
  • Monday to Friday, Flexible working hours
  • Paid mileage of 45p per mile

As an occupational therapist some of your daily duties will include:

  • Manage a case load of around 25 cases
  • Assess, plan, deliver and review the service provision to individuals
  • Assessment for and provision of moving and handling equipment
  • Assessment and provision of equipment and adaptations to promote independent

living:
including specialist equipment and major adaptations


It is essential the successful occupational therapist will hold:

  • A degree or diploma in occupational therapy
  • Registration with HCPC
  • Eligible to register with the PVG Scheme for both adults and children
  • A current driving license and access to a car for work
