Property Management Administrator:

-
Basic Salary between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on level of experience:


  • PLUS monthly commission scheme; potential OTE up to £28,000 per annum:
-
This is a full time position Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.00pm, Fridays 8:45am to 5.

00pm:

-
Hybrid working with 3 days based from the London Bridge office, 2 days working from home

Requirements:


The main purpose of this role is to carry out administrative and compliance related tasks and support the successful running of the property management division. You will be working closely with property managers to provide a first-class service to our customers.
**Duties will include;

  • Reporting to Head of Property Management / Director weekly on outstanding compliance and working in line with KPI's, such as zero overdue compliance certificates
  • Recording all customer contact on the system and ensuring follow up communications are scheduled
  • Supporting the property management department in any day to day tasks as required
  • Proven working experience in an administrative role
  • A basic understanding of the lettings terms of business and legislation would be desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to be empathetic and/or assertive when required
  • Able to work as part of a team, effectively contributing toward departmental projects, KPI's and wider objectives.
  • Solutions & Customer focused
  • Structured and organised, with good time management skills
