JGUS are recruiting for a Planning and Delivery coordinator to join a leading Multi Utility Installer based in Elland, Halifax.
Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for the management and delivery of Projects from initial concept to design & completion in accordance with the agreed Works Programme and deliverable schedule.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our appointed consultants & contractors carry out their duties in line with their appointment.
The role will encompass input at both preconstruction and construction stage of a project.Day to Day duties will also include, although not exhaustive
- Organising new enquiries into the business with asset records, points of connections, asset value requests & tendering.
- Procurement of materials including gas / water / electric. Low & high voltage electrical equipment for mains and service for the various DNOs, GTs & incumbent water companies
- Record keeping for MPAN & MPRN numbers and issuing to client for metre registration
- Section 50 notices via the traditional route. Opening & closing including registration of excavations complete
- Project closures for all DNOs, IDNOs, GTs, IGTs & incumbent water companies. Including Asset value completion packs & aslaid drawings.
- Invoice raising and ledger control
- Asset management tracker and keeping up to date plot sign offs to ensure all works have been claimed for appropriately
- Management of the Water meter tracker and ensuring this is returned within the 5 working day SLA
- Management of the whereabouts each week to all networks.
- Management of the developer call off notification for mains and services
- All relevant requests to energise for DNOs / IDNOs
- FM144 documentation for smaller gas connections, organising RO connection with relevant subcontractors
- As build coordination & management
- Resolving site queries
- Documentation checking
- Attending Project tracker & review meeting
- Anything else reasonably asked of by your manager
Skills and experience required:
- SHEA Gas, Water & Electric
- AUTOCAD
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in Utility sector
- Demonstrable management experience
- A proven team player
- Demonstration of skills in coordinating the distribution of information and engineering of consultant designs
