Are you looking for an exciting new sales career with uncapped commission?

A sales role with a _starting_
base salary of £25,500?

This is a field sales role which will require a driving license, and the flexibility to work away from home about 50% of the year.


Our Field Sales team represent Personal Group at our client sites across the UK and engage their employees with our blend of digital and traditional employee benefits and insurance products.


This role will involve UK wide travel, regularly staying away from home and working flexible hours covering various customer shift patterns.

Once on site, you are able to plan out your time accordingly to meet each customer on a 1-2-1 basis throughout the week.

The products we offer are regulated, so this isn't a pressure selling environment.

You will deliver sales presentations in a non-advisory capacity to a diverse range of people, offering solutions for real life concerns.

£25,500 starting base salary, with potential to increase to up to £40,000 based on performance

Full training will be provided at our residential 15 day Training Academy in Milton Keynes
so you are not required to have previous sales experience.


Many of our successful Field Sales Executive team members have joined us with little/ no previous sales experience but with a resilience and will to succeed.
