Fluere is a process improvement business consultancy based in Leeds.
We work with organisations in a variety of sectors to identify opportunities for improvement, optimise operational effectiveness and realise increased productivity levels.
We work closely with our clients and use a variety of proven tools and techniques, including Lean and Six Sigma, to simplify ways of working and to considerably improve business performance.
Duties & responsibilities:
This is an entry level Consultant vacancy which offers a real opportunity for career development and progression.
You will provide support to senior colleagues by:
Overall:
- Shadowing others and guided to build up your consultancy knowledge, learning valuable consulting skills and working in a practical handson approach with clients.
- Positively interacting and building strong team and client relationships.
Specifically:
- Practically observing and understanding related client products, processes and services.
- Participating and presenting in client workshops to capture and document key outputs.
- Capturing and analysing data to identify problems, root causes, improvement opportunities and potential benefit levels.
- Applying, with support, several techniques to help redesign processes and propose clear improvement recommendations.
- Providing, with guidance, project administration support to the project manager.
- Producing, with assistance, outline report templates and managing all client documentation.
- Supporting several internal processes, e.g., work scheduling, document management, business development help, etc.

Salary:
You will be rewarded with a £18k per annum salary throughout the 12 week internship, raising to £20K if successfully employed in a full time role after that, plus generous holiday entitlement plus a performance related bonus.
Location:
Based in Leeds, a combination of homeworking, team meetings and travel to client sites around the UK will be necessary
