Part Time Bar and Catering Team Member required at Championship Golf Club


OBJECTIVE:

To ensure that members, guests and visitors are provided with a friendly, welcoming and first-class service in the Bar and Catering area of a private members' golf club.

Main duties include (but not limited to):

• A friendly and hospitable welcome to all members and guests.
• Clubhouse lockups.
• To maintain stock control, rotating and replenishing as required, cash handling, cellar work.
• Bar cleanliness.
• To maintain the condition of all drinks and food with the perfect serve.
• To promote initiatives, tickets sales and support for social events and private functions.

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with Club employees, members, guests and visitors.

A strong and successful background in customer service and hospitality and be able to successfully manage customer demand and have a strong knowledge of the bar and catering industry.

HOURS:
Will be built around members and visitors needs and during the golf season (mid-March to mid-October the hours will be longer. From October-March, hours will be reduced and should average 40 hours per week over the year.

Dependent on experience and is paid monthly direct into Bank Account
