Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries in a polite and efficient manner

Salary:
£8.19-£11.53 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
