What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • You will undertake a series of placements in a range of departments.
  • You will be given real responsibilities and projects with the expectation that you make a meaningful contribution to the performance of the business.
  • You will be given the necessary training to perform your responsibilities, and you will have access to the plant leaders to give you the support you need.

  • Evidence of strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Experience and confidence in the use of IT packages, in particular Microsoft Office.
