Working with our client based in Manchester City Centre we are looking to appoint a Contract/Operations Administrator to join their fast paced growing team.

You will be support the Waste Operations Manager across Supply Chain and Waste contract administration. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and hybrid working will be offered once probation completed


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of Waste Operations Strategy
  • Provide contract administration support to ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Arranged and attended Quarterly contract management review meetings
  • Support the information gathering process to inform the Supply Chain team of new waste contract requirements
  • Support the development of software
  • Ensure environmental compliance, data transparency and alignment to secotr standards
  • Support communication between internal staff

Personal Profile:

  • Looking for a strong administrator who has office experience, ideally have worked in either Contracts/Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain or Property Admin
  • Must have strong IT and communication skills
  • Understanding of the Waste Management Sector is beneficial
  • Data management skills
