We are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support the examinations at a large Secondary School in Hillingdon.


The role:


As an exam invigilator you will be working as part of a large team of adults who are responsible for the invigilation of both mock and external examinations.

Invigilators will work under the instruction of the Examinations Officer and whilst experience in invigilation is helpful, full training will be provided.

The role requires you to be patient and supportive of our students whilst adhering to the JCQ guidance for examinations.

Invigilation may be in a hall venue with a whole year group supported by other colleagues or in a small room venue supporting more vulnerable students.


Exam Invigilators will require a clear speaking voice, clear legible handwriting and possess the ability to work in silence for extended periods.

You will be flexible, reliable and available to work during school hours throughout peak exam times which are March through to June-July, there may be opportunities to support at other times of the year.
