Exterius are excited to open a vacancy for our fastest growing department within the company, our Specialist Industrial Cleaning division.

We go all over the country with our cleaning services, these are not just any old cleaning services these are services that visually wow our customerswe could be high level cleaning via carbon fibre poles years of dust from up high, we could be removing meters and meters of labels via steam and chemical treatment, we could be cleaning plant decks, chutes and warehouse floors.

We start the week from our HQ in Atherstone but will stay away in Premier Inn's with your breakfast and evening meals paid for, you have your own room and it's a 10-11 hour working day so food and rest is important to us.

We also pay a £25 per night "staying away bed bonus" which could be up to £400 a month bonus

It can be nights and can be days, but in general we start on a Monday then return Friday afternoons.

We do have forecasted over time on weekend where our clients need us to work whilst they are closed but we pay £150 on a Saturday and £250 on a Sunday for this over time, we also pay £15 per hour if you work over 50 hours per week.

You will also be required to attend and pass an IPAF cherry picker course as sometimes we have to use these for awkward access.

This is a great job, it's hard work and it's working away a lot but the Teams have a great work ethic and work so well together, on average our Team Members take home pay is £2500 a month.

Full uniform is provided, training is provided but you MUST bring the hard work and smile

£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
