MS41- Contract Support Administrator

Location:
West Drayton, Middlesex


Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE


Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Contract Support Administrator on behalf of one of our Clients. Working Hours are 08:30 - 17:00 (8 hours a day with 30 min unpaid lunch break).

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring smooth communication among team members and clients.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and reports, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain project databases and records, updating them regularly for easy access by team members.
  • Support the project management team in tracking project progress, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless operations and foster a positive work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software for data management and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, adapting to changing project requirements.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to take on challenges and find innovative solutions.
