Commercial Systems Manager (Salesforce)


Salary:
£60,000 - £65,000pa


Location:
London


Working pattern:
Hybrid 2 days in office (Soho)


Altum have been engaged by a global Data & Technology brand operating in the sports industry to bring in an experienced System Manager that has been involved with or led previous Salesforce implementations or migrations.


Reporting into the Head of Commercial Operations, the strategic aim for this role is to allow the business to achieve the highest possible results in a scalable, predictable and sustainable way.

It is accountable for ensuring that the methodologies, toolsand insight required by sales reps and sales managers to perform their job are fit for purpose, and for ensuring governance in best practice adoption.

The business is on a transformation journey, so first year will be heavily focused on getting Salesforceto a place where all the group have adopted the new technology and are comfortable using it.

It will then evolve into a broader more strategic position that has input into product launches, pricing strategy etc.


Key focus:

  • Design, rollout and best practice management of the CRM Salesforce
  • Design, rollout and best practice management of sales and sales management methodologies
  • Design, Rollout And Best Practice Management Of Sales Governance
  • Experienced in delivering large scale business transformational projects, especially in system migrations and integrations for Salesforce.
  • Understanding of Sales & Account Management roles and behaviour to drive improvements in plan design
  • Able to influence and lead crossfunctional teams without authority
  • Any experience with data visualisation tools i.e. BI, Tableau is a benefit but not essential.
