Responsive Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in Swindon


Joining our small but friendly, vibrant team on a full-time basis, you will be a key individual in the day-day business function.

The role is Monday to Friday working 40 hours a week from with 1 hour for lunch break


Duties will include:


  • Writing up and advertising job adverts across job boards and social media channels with the support of the recruitment team
  • Working with our Business Manager to ensure the back office runs smoothly daily and in a compliant manner
  • Setting up relevant paperwork for applicants and ensuring all compliance is completed
  • Reviewing applicant's documents such as passports/ID and carrying out right to work checks and requesting references
  • Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supporting the team as and where needed across administration

Specification

  • Strong administration skills with high attention to deal
  • A focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritise deadlines and work at pace
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience within a recruitment or HR function preferred but not essential
