Responsive Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in Swindon
Joining our small but friendly, vibrant team on a full-time basis, you will be a key individual in the day-day business function.
Duties will include:
- Writing up and advertising job adverts across job boards and social media channels with the support of the recruitment team
- Working with our Business Manager to ensure the back office runs smoothly daily and in a compliant manner
- Setting up relevant paperwork for applicants and ensuring all compliance is completed
- Reviewing applicant's documents such as passports/ID and carrying out right to work checks and requesting references
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Supporting the team as and where needed across administration
Specification
- Strong administration skills with high attention to deal
- A focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritise deadlines and work at pace
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience within a recruitment or HR function preferred but not essential
