Vizion Network, a pioneer in the delivery of vehicle claims management and IT solutions, is seeking a Customer Liaison Administrator to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for the administration of Expressions of Dissatisfaction arising from motorclaims relating to vehicle accidental damage in this role.

You will work as part of the Customer Support Team to provide the best customer service possible.

Training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Customer Liaison Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Raise new complaints promptly and accurately
  • Action Subject Access Requests with attention to detail
  • Create transcripts of calls
  • Review daily reports and raise complaints
  • Ensure the accurate and detailed recording of all information utilising the Company's management systems, to provide comprehensive audit trails
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and management
  • Through continuous improvement, identify potential company training requirements which would assist in the reduction of repeat failures
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures and carry out all duties in a way which is consistent with our client's values
  • Promote data security in and out of the business at all times, with strict adherence to DPA and information security standards.

The key skills and qualities of a Customer Liaison Administrator are:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • GCSE maths and English
  • Able to build and maintain relationships
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously to a high level of accuracy
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • First class written communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
