About the role


In line with the Flogas 2040 vision and the positioning of LPG a as part of the transition to net zero we are committed to ensuring we remain at the forefront of off grid energy supply.

Consumers are becoming increasingly aware of legislation supporting the move away from traditional fossil fuels and have an increased expectation from FGB to provide solutions for existing and alternative energy sources.

To promote the benefits of LPG and maintain its position as a leading energy source for off grid households FGB must make sure our customers remain at the forefront of our positioning, exploring all viable options to maintain continuity.

The role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transition of existing customers through different supply and storage options.

Reporting to the Sales and Service Support Manager the role encompass single tank and metered customers as they transition through agreed modifications with exiting storage and supply through short/midterm alternatives onto wider solutions within the off grid landscape.

This pivotal role is crucial to the continued growth and improved satisfaction levels throughout the consumer sector.


What you will be doing

  • Liaise with stakeholders understanding current situation. Position potential remedies for consideration to all parties.
  • Coordinate and monitor progress, manage issues and initiate corrective action as required to ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain visibility throughout the customer journey.
  • Assess and recommend different solutions when transitioning across supply options.
  • Follow effective processes and provide concise information throughout.
