    Installation Assistant

    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated Installation Assistant to join our team, specialising in providing installation support for prestigious client sites.

    Responsibilities

    • Traveling to client sites from Monday to Friday to assist with installation projects.
    • Collaborating with the installation team to ensure that projects are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards.
    • Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the installation process.
    • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.
    • Documenting installation procedures, configurations, and any relevant information for future reference.

    Requirements

    • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and equipment quickly.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Valid driver's license (Preferred but not essential)

    Work Environment

    Monday to Friday travel required - Nights out. The successful candidate will work closely with our installation team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards and within the time frame agreed.
