An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a bright, hands on and business savvy PA/ Office Manager to join this ambitious and growing engineering firm.

You will be supporting a highly personable Director and working closely with an inclusive team.
As a boutique but growing company you would be involved in some of London's most exciting projects. A real focus on company culture and as supporting environemnet that fosters growth, learning and development. Hybrid working options available.

A background in property / construction is preferred as you will be liaising with contractors, architects, engineers, project managers and designers on a wide range of projects (residential, new build, commercial) as well as clients on a daily basis, soan understanding of the industry would be most beneficial.

Must be finance and tech savvy with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

You will be supporting the Director with diary and inbox management and work closely with him to ensure the smooth running of the business and his schedule at all times.

Further duties will include but not be limited to; keeping the Director abreast of anyissues that arise, liaising with the wider team, finance and invoicing management, document production, updating internal spreadsheets, preparing bid documents and proof reading contracts, ensuring business compliance and memberships are up to date, generaloffice administration and data input.

This role is ideally suited to someone responsible, intelligent and proactive who enjoys being involved across the board, but also someone who has worked in a small team/ office before and is used to a roll up the sleeves approach.

Lots of scope to get involvedin more creative marketing and social media projects if of interest.

Must have demonstrated experience in a similar industry to be considered. Well-spoken and polished with a positive "can -do" attitude is essential.
