Description

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant & Customer Service Exec to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.


You will work on various tasks related to managing the director's personal and professional life, personal brand, sales and communication to assist with the running of coaching programs, students and clients.


Responsible's:

- maintain an in-depth understanding of the business in order to establish priorities and support team expectations.
- coordinating with the team to keep the business running smoothly
- managing client spreadsheets, online systems/database, membership platform, tracking marketing statics/results and coordinating data in excel.
- supporting coaching clients and students on training programs for their success.
- conducting research on the internet
- reviewing company / personal social media accounts to keep abreast of offers made by the director to clients; ensuring action is taken where necessary
- recording video content when required for social media and managing deadlines/ideas as shared by the marketing team
- organising tasks and tracking progress,
- put together financial information and chase payments where appropriate / as requested
- sourcing any items required by the director and negotiating prices
- assisting with the director's diary management and appointments
- booking meetings, phone calls, content marketing days, podcast interviews etc.
- relationship management with directors, MD, clients, speakers, advisers, staff etc.
- answering calls and handling queries,
- organising travel and preparing travel itineraries,
- planning, organising and managing events, for the director
- planning, organising and arranging events, for the businesses
- planning, organising and arranging office functions/events, for the businesses
- handle personal affairs: cards, dry cleaning, post, phone calls
- managing projects
- be a confidante and handle sensitive information confidentially

  • Look at creative ways to support the business and the director
  • The list of duties is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required in terms of what the PA may be required to undertake in order to deliver rounded support to the director.

  • A full driving licence is essential for this position

  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant and customer service
  • Systems experience/techsavvy
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
