Care Worker - West London, United Kingdom - First Option Support

Description

We need people to join our friendly team who can care in a professional way. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
You must be a driver with an available car.

Duties:

• Provide care and support to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a nurse
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Experience:

• Previous experience in homecare, patient care, or nursing home settings is preferred
• Familiarity with behaviour management techniques is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
