Aon are currently recruiting a Client Account Handler to join our team in London.

The Client Account Handler will be primarily responsible for production of Client submissions from raw data, for both individual exhibits and complete information packs and supporting account executives working on presentations and pitches via portfolio, pricing and programme analysis.

About the Role

Your impact as a Client Account Handler:
Client Support Analysis of Client submissions prior to release to the market Production of Client submissions from raw data, for both individual exhibits and complete information packs Liaison with account executives, account managers, the various Analytics teams, Clients and Reinsurers regarding submission information, portfolio developments and the resulting impact on Reinsurance throughout a renewal process
Transactional Support Supporting account executives working on presentations and pitches via portfolio, pricing and programme analysis Working in conjunction with the various Analytics teams, Business Development team and other (non-marine) departments on cross-class projects Working in conjunction with the various AB Analytics teams to support work on exposure curves and rating tools Supporting account executives by ensuring the efficient delivery of all AB products and tools
Documentation / Collateralisation Support Drafting, checking and reviewing contracts to ensure that they satisfy requirements for all contracting parties Negotiating on the content of contracts, trust agreements and collateral documents with client/reinsurers throughout the placement process Cover Note review and team signatory Collating data and produce reports, as required, benchmarking the collateral process for our clients / reinsurers / Internal

Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

About you

Your knowledge and expertise:
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent Chartered member of CII Excellent understanding of London re/insurance market dynamics and core processes Excellent technical insurance knowledge Knowledge of the ILS / Collateralised Market processes Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service; Experience of managing effective client relationships Strong business acumen Good analytical and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills High level of numeracy Effective communication and presentation skills Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation Ability to work well as part of a team Demonstrate integrity and professionalism
