About Our Client:


A rapidly growing Public Sector organisation looking for a Customer Service Advisor based within a commutable distance to their Wolverhampton site.

As Customer Service Advisor based within a commutable distance to Wolverhampton, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Helping members reset their password and create new logins
  • Giving first class customer service
  • Logging each call before moving onto the next one so information is up to date for the next Advisor/employee to see

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Customer Service Advisor will:

  • Based within a commutable distance to Wolverhampton
  • Be immediately available to start work or available on 1 week's notice
  • Have Customer Service or Contact Centre experience within the last year (ideally within an office based setting)
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

What's on Offer:

As Customer Service Advisor on a temporary ongoing contract, you will be entitled to:

  • £11.59 PAYE per hour (excluding holiday pay)
  • Temporary ongoing contract with the potential to go permanent
  • Full time work Monday
  • Friday (8:30am 5:00pm)
  • Earlier finish on a Friday
