Description

New position has been created at this Digital Marketing company who are looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to support the Company's financial controller in the UK region, manage multiple tax related tasks and operations.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Financial controller with accounting related tasks involving our UK entity
Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with local and international laws and regulations
Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns
Back up the team Senior Accountant in US upon absence
Identify and mitigate tax risks
Coordinate tax matters to the financial controller and bookkeeping team
Own all UK tax related items, reporting, audits, and processes
Support with the Company's international expansion plans

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Tax Accountant position of at least 3 years
Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns in UK
Experience with NetSuite (ideal)
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Analytical skills with detail orientation
BA in Accounting or MA in Taxation
Knowledge/experience in US taxation advantage
Experience with complex intercompany structure advantage
