Marketing and Fundraising Manager

KIngs Norton

20-24 hours per week

£30,000 pro rata

As the Marketing and Fundraising Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing and fundraising efforts of our clients charity.

Your primary objectives will be to raise awareness of our clients' cause, refocus and build our fundraising through partnership-building with Corporates, to promote our work and secure funding to sustain and expand services.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who wants to make a significant impact in supporting survivors of abuse and contributing to positive change.

DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT MARKETING STRATEGIES:

Create and execute Fundraising and Marketing plans to promote, events and campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to gather stories, testimonials, and data to create compelling marketing materials
Cultivate relationships with local media outlets and seek opportunities for press coverage

DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:

Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing and fundraising initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the management team
Utilise data to optimise strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee the development of our clients charity.
