Do you enjoy proactively managing and coordinating services to the best of your ability? Would you like to be an essential member of a team that ensures the smooth running of all business operations, whilst putting customer needs first?

Our client, a continuously expanding and market-leading supplier within their industry, are now looking for a driven Operations Service Coordinator based in Ipswich to support the delivery of excellent customer service.

As operations service coordinator you'll have an active role within the management of all incoming customer correspondence. This includes ensuring that customer queries are always answered promptly and respectfully, and information is logged correctly. Youwill also increase efficiency and support growth by identifying work processes requiring improvement and promoting change.

By taking ownership of calling any new customers, you'll work closely with the sales team in guaranteeing the maximisation of sales.

As part of a company built around the idea that customer experience is of utmost importance, you'll have a central role in ensuring the client's continued success.

Your dedication will be rewarded with a salary of £23,500 and a generous benefits package, thatincludes:
