Description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate Production Operative to join our print team in Cramlington.

  • Rotational morning, afternoon, nights
  • Backshift 1pm to 9pm
  • Early 6am to 2pm
  • Nights 10pm to 6am
Duties include the following yet others may be assigned to the needs of the business:

  • To manage job submission and workload in the correct order and ensure output is completed on time
  • Ensure output is of the highest quality
  • Maintain timely and regular communications with line manager regarding machine condition, quality and workload
  • Ensure machines are correctly prepared, maintained and clean at all times
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • To carry out any other reasonable request from a supervisor/manager
  • Comply with all company and HSE Health and Safety guidelines
  • Comply with and support the company's ISO 9001 QMS as directed

Requirements:


  • Ability to work and communicate as part of a team
  • Able to work shift patterns
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and ability to prioritize
  • Able to effectively multitask
  • Able to lift up to 25kg
