Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Excel spreadsheets and databases for different departments in the organisation
  • Maintain and update existing Excel spreadsheets and databases as required.
  • Identify and resolve issues with Excel spreadsheets and databases.
  • Train and support staff on the use of Excel and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that Excel data is accurate and uptodate.
  • Perform data analysis and create reports as needed.
  • Participate in crossfunctional projects that involve Excel spreadsheets and databases.
  • Create macros and automation tools to streamline tasks and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure that all data is stored securely, and backup procedures are in place.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in Excel spreadsheet administration and database management
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
  • Ability to develop and implement macros and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of data management policies and procedures.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£23,450.00-£29,381.00 per year
