Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Excel spreadsheets and databases for different departments in the organisation
- Maintain and update existing Excel spreadsheets and databases as required.
- Identify and resolve issues with Excel spreadsheets and databases.
- Train and support staff on the use of Excel and provide guidance on best practices.
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that Excel data is accurate and uptodate.
- Perform data analysis and create reports as needed.
- Participate in crossfunctional projects that involve Excel spreadsheets and databases.
- Create macros and automation tools to streamline tasks and increase efficiency.
- Ensure that all data is stored securely, and backup procedures are in place.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in Excel spreadsheet administration and database management
- Excellent knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
- Ability to develop and implement macros and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of data management policies and procedures.
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£23,450.00-£29,381.00 per year
