The Hospitality and Catering Kitchen Assistant fits within the JGW+ department reporting to the Delivery Manager.

You will help manage the day to day running of ACT Skills Academy kitchen, ordering, cooking and serving seasonal menus.

You will supervise small groups of learners guiding them along the way in the running of a food safe kitchen.

Applicants must be between 16-19 years old for funding purposes.

ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
