Operations & Sales Support (Permanent, Full Time )

We're currently looking for a Operations & sales support operative

• Full time 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday with some weekend and evening work

Working from an office located in Shrewsbury

All training, equipment and software provided

Responsibilities

• Rebooking and scheduling of technicians appointments

Sending up to date reports to clients on a daily basis

Answer all customer enquiries promptly to resolve any complaints or issues while maintaining customer satisfaction

Support Combat team by maintaining an effective schedule for the technicians in line with scheduling policy

Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments if required

Make travel arrangements for senior staff when needed

Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary

Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request.
