Luxe Dressing strives to provide exceptional customer services and seamless online services, which support customers to have the best purchasing experience and buyers to collect, renew and sell their items on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding instore experience
- Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand
- Target the store sales goals
- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
- Lead client correspondence
- Coordinate shipping and delivery
- Support control and management of stock
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail
- Excellent presentation
- Passion for luxury & sales
- Customerservice oriented
Pay:
£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
