Description
Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for a Operations Clerk to join their office in Egham.

  • Overseeing Importer and Exporter of Record (IOR/EOR) movements to / from UK + Worldwide for major accounts
  • Clinical checking of import and export documentation
  • Liaising with overseas offices to ensure smooth and swift service
  • Arranging air/road/courier export/import shipments to + from UK, of controlled goods, to include completion of export /import entries
  • Dealing with IOR/EOR general and sales inquiries, as required
  • General handling of both imports and export airfreight shipments, (non IOR/EOR)
  • Cutting AWB's raising C88's EXA/EX1 for export entries and CDS import clearance
  • Arranging general airfreight imports shipments door to door liaising with our overseas agents
  • Acting as Warehouse when/if required

Salary:
£34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
