Job Description:

Role Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in launching our games to Operators globally. Ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout.
  • Responsibility for bringing together the teams at Playzido and L&W to drive successful launch day operations.
  • Conduct post game launch reviews of operator activities to ensure optimum commercial returns.
  • Defining and broadcasting Playzido's game development roadmaps, both internally and externally
  • Optimise processes to make future releases seamless.
  • Ensure that game demos are available across multiple internal websites
  • Develop great ongoing relationships with all our operator partners (to include occasional travel to meet with operators across Europe).
  • Implement and maintain new Account Management online systems.
  • Assist with our overall communication strategy with operators to ensure they are always informed and updated.
  • Assist with promoting our new game suppliers to operators.
  • One of the key POC for operator escalations; working collaboratively with crosscompany teams to resolve and manage any communication with Casino Managers (occasionally outside of business hours).
  • Onboard new operators, ensuring that all operational areas are covered (across configurations, compliance, marketing resources) for a successful launch.
  • Take part ownership of managing Playzido's sales pipeline.
  • Organise F2F sales meetings.
  • Work with the marketing function around new launches of new games and new operators.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, skills, and experience

  • 3+ years in a comparable role
  • A gogetter who can work independently
  • Competitive, winning mentality
  • Gaming experience within the B2C or B2B supplier space is preferred
  • A hunger, drive, and exceptional work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and not an insignificant amount of charm
  • Meticulous organisational skills & ability to multitask under pressure
  • Adaptable and willing to "chip in" when required
  • Customeroriented mindset
  • Strong indicators of future management/leadership skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Some tech savviness is needed (we are not looking for a techie though)
  • Commercially savvy
