Remote role - up to £65k

Avanti are working with a company based near Oxford that build software with and for other companies who are looking to grow the team.

They build and then maintain all the software they develop, so there is a huge emphasis on code quality.

SOLID principlesand Agile working are standard, and the company is the Microsoft Gold Partner so they often get a chance to tinker and explore new technology 6 months before it hits the market - particularly around Azure.

(They are fine with fully remote working.)

They use a mixture of.
NET, and CORE, React, Typescript, CosmosDB and everything is hosted on Azure.

Responsibilities

Working as part of a small project team where everyone is involved in the planning and execution of work.
Producing clean code to agreed timescales and quality.
Owning features and delivering them with mínimal supervision.
Reviewing and submitting pull requests.
Handing over features for acceptance testing.
Owning or contributing to technical design and architecture.

There is huge amount of variety in the software they create, from small apps to payroll, to large HR systems for some blue chip global companies.
