up to £25,000 + Commission up to £40,000+

Waters Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast, BT1 3BH


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours a week)

The role
We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.


We would love to welcome you to our Belfast Office location for the days you are in the office.

You'll report into the Curtis Broadbent, Sales Director on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.

What would your day to day look like?

  • Delivering high value sales conversions. Leads will be provided.
  • Ensure that the CRM is up to date and holds all the customer information relating to sales and the pipeline
  • Deliver the sales targets
  • Be a team player and refer business opportunities to other group companies as per the internal referral targets that are set
  • Be a selfstarter and highly motivated
  • To perform the job in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
  • To perform any other duties as may be reasonably be require from timetotime

What do we expect of you?

Key Skills/Attributes

  • 310 years' experience within a proven Energy sales company.
  • Experience generating their own leads and examples.
  • Able to prove they can work under pressure and to a targetbased system.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft (or equivalent) software use.
  • Experience with a CRM, for example, HubSpot, 8x
  • Lead from the front and work well within a team.
