Assessor/Development Coach
2 permanent roles, due to expansion

Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday


Home based and then very mínimal travel to Birmingham and London, so would like someone who resides within a 3-hour commute to London or Birmingham by road or rail - all expenses paid

We are seeking an experienced Assessor who has assessed in either Management or accountancy to level 4 (we cannot accept lower than 4 or 5)


The role:


  • Managing own diary, dealing with remote learners using the eportfolio system
  • To ensure learners files are fully compliant with SFA requirements
  • To ensure learners remain on programme by carrying out progress reviews and assessment at regular interval either remotely or face to face if required, as you manage your own diary
  • To fully engage with employers during the whole of the learning journey
  • To conduct the learner onto apprenticeships training programme and develop a learning plan
  • A CAVA/TAQA or A1 or D32/D33 Award

Salary and Benefits

  • Starting Salary: £29,000 then increased to £30,000 after 6 months, then a further 6 months later to £31,000, the to £32,000 a further 6 months later
